Amanda is a displaced New England food nerd. From Maine to Quebec to Alabama and now Seoul, she makes it her business to eat her way through every place life brings her. She has a penchant for ordering too much food and too many spirits, which makes her perfectly normal in Korea.
Living in Korea has been a whirlwind adventure of people, sights, and of course food. Not speaking the language has at times made things tricky, but a shared love of beer, garlic, and spice has bridged that gap on many occasions. This blog aims to provide a small glimpse into the Korean lifestyle as seen by an expat and military spouse. Above all, however, she hopes to share in her passion for stuffing her face with all manner of delicious goodies.
